Bus graph / duty lookup

Search by graph and/or duty for the current time (server clock). Optional Time override: type four digits (e.g. 0730) for 07:30, or use the clock button for a native time picker. Only graphs that already have rows in data/schedule.json can return matches; the graph list includes every ID from the PDF chart, many of which are not transcribed yet. Source of truth: MF Bus Graph 12th April 2026.pdf — if anything disagrees, the PDF wins. Transcribe into tools/transcription.csv and/or the fleet files under tools/transcription_blocks/ (or one file per graph in tools/transcription_graphs/), then python3 tools/rebuild_schedule.py > data/schedule.json (blocks) or python3 tools/rebuild_schedule.py --from-graphs > data/schedule.json.
